OSB 11g OWSM: Policy of type "Management" will not be logged into the EM-Console (Doc ID 1269704.1)

Symptoms

Within the Enterprise Manager Console created a policy from the template oracle/log_template




Purpose is to log the relevant information like body or header of the request and the response.

Now in the OSB domain this gets assigned to a proxy-service.



However when the proxy-service gets executed the desired content gets not logged in the Oracle Enterprise Manager Console.

If the policy is of type Security instead of Management it would be logged.
