Watermarks not appearing after contents are converted to PDF (Doc ID 1269866.1)

Symptoms

After installing and configuring PDF Watermark component converted documents / pdf's are not showing the watermark that is set from PDFW administration applet . Even though the contents match the criteria set for PDF Watermark still the converted contents show up without the watermarks.
