After successfully adding a document from a specific vendor to the global learnset, attempting to add a second invoice from that same vendor to the local learn set in Verifier returns the following informational / waring message:

Oracle Forms Recognition Verifier was not able to add this document to the local learn set.

Description: Item "ACME NATIONAL GASES_605194" not in Collection.
