Symptoms

While troubleshooting query performance issues in WCC, configured with Oracle Database, a query may take a long time to run within WCC, but will run swiftly outside of WCC.  This may require tuning of session parameters that are used within WCC, as WCC sets session parameters on the Oracle database connections used by the WCC application.
