OVD Log Shows LDAP Error 32 if OVD is Integrated with Oracle's Net Services

Net Service Integration with OVD using Active Directory as back-end Server
Symptoms
The OVD diagnostic.log files shows the following error message after OVD is restarted and the first request
to resolve a Net Service Name is executed and then in an interval.
The error is shown for a search against the "cn=OracleNetAdmins" group.
javax.naming.NameNotFoundException: [LDAP: error code 32 - 0000208D: NameErr: DSID-031001CD, problem 2001 (NO_OBJECT)
Net Service Name resolution is working without any problem.
The error message is not shown, if Access Control Processing is disabled in OVD.
