Symptoms

dmqqe has been crashing with the following error (with no core files):

qe, operation failed to complete

and all the links start to fail:

ld, link listener for group 1041 is exiting
************ dmqld (1604.0) 06-NOV-2010 10:28:10 ************
ld, operation failed to complete
************ dmqld (18573.0) 06-NOV-2010 10:28:10 ************
ld, operation failed to complete

dmqqe exits:

************ dmqqe (5455) 11-NOV-2010 07:38:04 ************
qe, queuing engine is exiting
************ dmqgcp (5430) 11-NOV-2010 07:38:04 ************
ipi, operation failed to complete
************ dmqgcp (5430) 11-NOV-2010 07:38:04 ************
