Symptoms

Updating the transaction time out value for the FacadeFinderBean property in
Oracle WebLogic Server Administration Console under Deployments > expanded SOA Infrastructure Application > FacadeFinderBean > Configuration tab can result in the following error after restarting the SOA Infrastructure:
