OAAM Reports Not Showing Data in BI Publisher

Symptoms

After configuring BI Reports as the reporting solution for Oracle Adaptive Access Manager as per the OAAM Installation and Configuration Guide, Chapter 18, the OAAM reports are showing no results. Pre-populated fields needed for triggering reports are not found in the database. The data tables do not contain the data.

For instance, the following query produces no results:

select * from v_b_enum where prop_name like '%bi%';
