Goal
Error occurring with EBS managed attachments to UCM. Error in primary log file on EBS shows the following.
12-03-2010 09:20:39 Unhandled exception in AXFCustom.launch_command_soap SQLCODE = -31011: ORA-31011: XML parsing failed
ORA-19202: Error occurred in XML processing
LPX-00104: Warning: element "HTML" is not declared in the DTD
Error at line 2
ORA-06512: at "XDB.DBMS_XMLPARSER", line 156
The raw response output shows a 404 error:
404 Not Found
The server has not found anything matching the Request-URI.
