Searches In the Tray Layout Do Not Return Any Results When the CS URM Agent is Enabled (Doc ID 1272922.1)

Symptoms

When a search is performed in the Tray's 'Search' portion with the CS URM Agent enabled, no results are returned even if a blank search is performed.

Steps to Replicate
-------------------------------------
1. Log into the CS/URM Agent machine as an admin user
2. Switch the layout to "Trays"
3. Open the "Search" tray
4. Click the "Search" button in the 'Criteria' tab (to perform a blank search)
5. The tab was automatically switched to the 'Results' tab, and nothing came back.


Also, if a blank quick search is performed while having the 'Search' tray open. Both the main window and the 'Search' tray will now populate with the quick search results.
