Symptoms

WebLogic Server 10.3.0 admin server instance running with Sun JDK 160_20 with SSL ports enabled (non SSL ports disabled) stops responding after some time. When accessing the console, the browser gets a timeout error. On the Admin Server, only the SSL port is enabled, so the WLS console can only be accessed via SSL.

When trying to ping or connect to Admin Server instance via WLST or weblogic.Admin command, we get the following destination available exception.
