When attempting to deploy a BPEL process using JDeveloper in the deployment always fails.

The following error is seen during the JDeveloper deployment in JDeveloper:

C:\JDev10135\jdev\BPELProcess1\build.xml:78: A problem occured while connecting to server "" using port "7777": <HTML><HEAD><TITLE>500 Internal Server Error</TITLE></HEAD><BODY><H1>500 Internal Server Error</H1>OracleJSP:
An error occurred. Consult your application/system administrator for support. Programmers should consider setting the init-param <code>debug_mode</code> to "true" to see the complete exception message.</BODY></HTML>

Total time: 10 seconds

On the BPEL server the following error is seen in the logfile $ORACLE_HOME/j2ee/<BPEL container name, e.g. oc4j_soa>/log/*_*_*_group_*/oc4j/log.xml:

<MSG_TEXT>Unable to dispatch JSP Page : Exception:oracle.jsp.provider.JspCompileException: <H3>Errors compiling:/export/home/app/product/</H3><TABLE BORDER=1 WIDTH=100%><TR><TH ALIGN=CENTER>Line #</TH><TH ALIGN=CENTER>Error</TH></TR><TR><TD WIDTH=7% VALIGN=TOP><P ALIGN=CENTER>148</TD><TD>[jsp src:line #:274]<br> non-static method getDescriptor() cannot be referenced from a static context
String bpelPlatform = ServerManager.getDescriptor().

Possibly one of the MLR patch sets was recently applied.
