"Class invalid for process" error shows up after publishing a project or starting the engine (Doc ID 1273263.1)

Symptoms

Getting several errors when starting the engine after publishing our projects .   The error may even happen randomly where most of the time the project publishes fine, but sometimes after publishing the project fails with the below exceptions.

What are the causes of these errors and what can be done to get past them?
