VendorID Field Not Populated When Using Forms Recognition Verifier (Doc ID 1273496.1)

Symptoms

The VendorASSA pool fails to return recognizable results in Verifier and appears as a series of hashes when searching for the VendorID.  However the vendor data is populated on the Verifier form as if there is no problem.
