Error when Removing Custom Task flow at Runtime in a WebCenter Application (Doc ID 1274764.1)

Symptoms

A custom WebCenter application has been developed and it has several custom task flows deployed which the user is able to add to their page via the Composer.

When the user removes a custom task flow from the page the following behavior occurs:

After removing the task flow and closing the Composer, the following error is raised
