Using MIMETYPE in cgicmd.dat File to Open Reports in MS Excel Does Not Work (Doc ID 1274784.1)

Symptoms

Using the following cgicmd entry in $ORACLE_HOME/reports/conf/cgicmd.dat file and trying to run the report from Rwservlet it prompts to search the web for the correct application to open the Report output instead of firing MS Excel.

 Using mimetype=application/vnd.ms-excel in Reports Servlet call
