Resubmit App Message Doesn't Work For Custom JMS Queues (Doc ID 1274907.1)

Symptoms

When using custom JMS queues (in place of the pre-configured queues, i.e, jms/b2b/B2B_IN_QUEUE) between B2B and back end SOA composites, if a "Completed"business message is selected from the reports page and the message is resubmitted using the "Resubmit App Message" button, the selected business message goes to "ERROR" state and fails to resubmit.
