Symptoms
If the height of the Gallery Page will be minimized to a size where the horizontal scrollbar appears by minimizing the browser window then automatically the horizontal scrollbar appears also although there is no need for it.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Login into WebCenter (Using IE7)
2. Navigate to the Gallery Page
3. Reduce the size of the browser window so that the vertical scrollbar appears
You will see a horizontal scrollbar appearing although it is unnecessary.
