Symptoms

In WebLogic Server (WLS) 10.3 and later releases, there is an issue with two-way SSL between the IBM MQ and WebLogic JMS Foreign Server. SSL configuration has been set up on both sides, however, the connection from WebLogic JMS to IBM MQ was failing with this exception (among others):
