Goal

* Using UCM 11g with 3 inbound refineries

* All three IBRs are identical

* When checking in 100 documents to get converted by the inbound refineries, most of the conversions are sent to the same refinery. At best, 80% was converted by one refinery, and 20% by the other.

Is there any way to configure Content Server to have a some what better distribution if not 50 - 50 ?
