WebCenter Spaces Extremely Slow Performance after New Install (Doc ID 1276121.1)

Symptoms

WebCenter Spaces performance is extremely slow after new install.
Any actions performed in WebCenter Spaces, like logging in, clicking a tab, submitting changes, etc. takes 5 minutes or more.
This is a new install of WebCenter Spaces with no External LDAP or any services configured.


How to Reproduce:

  1. Do a fresh install of WebCenter.
  2. Login to WebCenter Spaces.
    Here you should note poor performance performing any actions in WebCenter Spaces.
