Symptoms

The following error messages are seen many times in the Web Server error log:

[11/Dec/2010:21:26:14] failure (<PID>): CORE3157: Could not connect to watchdog socket /tmp/https-tlpd128-cb4b
c8cb/webservd-wdog.socket (Not connected)
[11/Dec/2010:21:26:14] failure (<PID>): CORE3171: Cannot reopen watchdog connection
[11/Dec/2010:21:26:14] info ( <PID>): CORE3050: Spawning replacement for worker process <PID>


This sequence of error messages can be seen several times a second.
