Thread Dumps are not Written in to Stdout File when WLS is configured as Windows Sevice using non Admin Account (Doc ID 1276515.1)

Thread dumps are not getting written into the stdout logs whenever the weblogic domain is configured as a Windows service on WebLogic Server (WLS) 8.1 domain with JDK1.4.2 using beasvc and a non-admin user(non default user account with Admin privilege) is used.

Note: The Thread dumps are getting written in to the stdout file  if the weblogic instance is not configured as a windows service and on issuing the Ctrl+Break Signal from the prompt and also with higher versions of Sun JDK i.e. JDK1.6 using beasvc on the same server.
