Symptoms

When attempting to install ECM 11.1.1.1.3, Weblogic installs and starts after creating a new domain. After installing ECM 11.1.1.3, but prior to configuring the Weblogic server it fails to start, with the error; "Windows is not expected" or Error "windows was unexpected at this time".
