Symptoms
Committing from Capture 5.3 using the UCM 10g driver shows "?" characters for Arabic meta-data values. This occurs when committing from the Web Capture client to Content Server. If the batch is opened in the Index tool in the thick client, the meta-data values are committed to Content Server without issue.
