"Replicate Deleted Rows" Is Not Working (Doc ID 1277387.1)

Goal

Using Content Server 10.1.3.3.3.

Archiver is setup to automatically transfer and replicate data from a table.

The "Replicate Deleted Rows" option is selected, but when a row is deleted from the table, the delete is not replicated to the target table.
Why is this happening ?
