As the number of concurrent forms sessions increase, after a certain amount of sessions (usually after 70-100 concurrent sessions), the performance of all the forms sessions start to drop.
The best way to detect the number of concurrent forms sessions is to count the number of "frmweb" processes on the server (through Task Manager on Windows platforms and via "ps -ef|grep frmweb" on unix machines)
