Symptoms
A web application which was created in JDeveloper 10.1.3.3 using the "PL/SQL J2EE 1.4 Web Service" wizard used to work fine in Oracle Application Server 10.1.3.3. After upgrading the Application Server to 10.1.3.5, the application failed to deploy generating an error similar to the following:
Changes
This can happen in the same scenario from an upgrade from 10.1.3.4 as well, so it can be said that an upgrade from 10.1.3.3 or 10.1.3.4 to 10.1.3.5 is the change in the system that caused the issue.
