Symptoms

After upgrading to 11.1.1.3, you sometimes observe that when trying to view the detail of a Human Task in Worklist app, it sometimes shows a blank screen, and sometimes shows Apache errors. You do not observe this behavior with other applications like the EM console, or B2B console, yet they are accessed by the same Apache server.
