Symptoms

Received the follwing error when applying BP5 to webcomponent/access:

E:\OAM\WebComponent\access\unload-Oracle-10143005BP05-4704\oblix\apps\common\bin
\oblixlock.dll -> E:\OAM\WebComponent\access\oblix\apps\common\bin\oblixlock.dll

Sharing violation
Error: could not execute the tool 'E:\OAM\WebComponent\access\oblix\tools\migrat
ion_tools\obmigrateparamsg.exe' successfully
Starting default Language message patch process ...
Error: files exists in 'E:\OAM\WebComponent\access',
but there is no 'install_info', 'np_*.txt',
or 'np_*.lst' file from which to determine the
product, component, and release number.
Error: could not execute the tool 'C:\Software\OAM Patch 10.1.4.3 BP5\Oracle_Access_Manager10_1_4_3_0_BP05_Patch_win32_ISAPI_Policy_Manager_message_en-us\patchinst.exe' successfully
Error: Failed to apply default language message patch
C:\Software\OAM Patch 10.1.4.3 BP5\Oracle_Access_Manager10_1_4_3_0_BP05_Patch_win32_ISAPI_Policy_Manager_binary_parameter>

Rebooted box to clear the sharing violation issue but patch still complains about

files exists in 'E:\OAM\WebComponent\access',
but there is no 'install_info', 'np_*.txt',
or 'np_*.lst' file from which to determine the
product, component, and release number.
