When Trying to Browse Content Server, the Request to Portal Page is not Validating

This only happens with an Content Server using IIS as the web server.

After changing the host name of the Content Server machine, when attempting to access the Content Server's web pages either one of two things happen:

1. A "You are not authorized to view this page" error is thrown
2. The user is continuously prompted to authenticate that never validates then turns into a "Server Authorization Failed" error.


The host name of the server was recently changed.
