Weblogic 10.3.3. installer for Unix (32 and 64 bits) changes the permissions for /bin directory from 755 to 750 during the final part of the install process. This behavior only appears if the default installation (Weblogic and Coherence) is performed by the root user.
If the custom installation is followed and Coherence in not installed, there is no change.
Due to this issue, users cannot perform normal tasks due the changes under the /bin directory.
