Symptoms
An issue occurs importing excel file on ODC running on Windows 2008 with Office 2010 installed on the machine. When running import server as application, Excel files import without issue, but when running as service, Excel files cause the following error:
The attachment [ExcelTest.xls] was determined to be invalid
