Unable to instantiate NativeOsUtils message seen when starting UCM (Doc ID 1279903.1)

When starting the Content Server the following error is seen in the logs;

"unable to instantiate NativeOsUtils (ucm/NativeOsUtils/lib/linux64/libJniNatievOdUtils.so: wrong ELF class:ELFCLASS64(Possible cause: architecture word width mismatch)) -exception stack."

In addition, FileStore pathing and commands are being ignored upon checkin.
