WebLogic Server Process is Causing High CPU in Oracle FMW 11g Installation on AIX (Doc ID 1280956.1)

IBM AIX on POWER Systems (64-bit)
IBM AIX on POWER Systems (32-bit)


Symptoms

After Oracle Fusion Middleware (FMW) 11g and WebLogic Server 10.3 installation, as soon as the FMW 11g components are started, the WebLogic Java Process is causing very high CPU utilization consistently (almost 100%).

This is happening even there is no activity and the server is not handling any user requests.
