Losing Content Selections for Folio When Creating a New Folio in a Slow Network Environment (Doc ID 1281005.1)

Symptoms

In a content server 10.1.3 environment,  new Folios cannot be created , if the Network speed is less then 2Mb/sec.

A javascript error is raised ( with IE7, IE8, and FireFox browser) and there are no items selected anymore.

Steps to reproduce :
---------------------------

1.- Run a search in UCM
2.- Select few content items
3.- Go in Actions Menu and click on "Add items to Folio"
4.- You will be redirect to Folio and you will see the content items selected. Save this folio (like Simple Folio)
5.- Check in Folio, when you finish, all selected items disappear (no more items selected)

NB : The problem only triggers at the application javascript level.
