Symptoms

Exporting an OWB 10g Repository using the OWB 11.2 Repository Assistant, hangs with Progress Indicator at 95%.

Inspecting the log file in <OWB_ORACLE_HOME>\owb\UnifiedRepos shows that the process is hanging on the export of WB_IE_AUDIT_SCRIPTS:
