Symptoms

When client invokes secure Webservice on Weblogic 10.3.3 (WLS), the following exception is observed, resulting in SOAP fault:

SEVERE: AbstractWebServiceBindingComponent.dispatchRequest Unable to dispatch request to https://test.salesforce.com/services/Soap/c/20.0/0DFQ000000001K2 due to exceptionjavax.xml.ws.WebServiceException: javax.xml.soap.SOAPException: javax.xml.soap.SOAPException: Message send failed: java.lang.RuntimeException: Unexpected error: java.security.InvalidAlgorithmParameterException: the trustAnchors parameter must be non-empty.
