Bulkloader not Flushing the Binary Content Cache Correctly within a Cluster (Doc ID 1285230.1)

Symptoms

The WLP 9.2 GA BulkLoader does not  flush the cluster binary content cache correctly. This leads to an inconsistent state where content loaded through the BulkLoader is not reflected in all the Managed Servers in the cluster. This problem is specific to binary properties.

For example: In a cluster of 2 Managed Servers, if the BulkLoader is run via MS1 to load new binary content items, the binary content cache is only flushed on MS1.This leads to an inconsistent state where MS2 will not display the new content, but instead will still display the content that is cached in its local binary content cache.
