ODSEE - Replication Between Primary Servers Is Broken ERROR<8264> & WARNING<10258> (Doc ID 1285409.1)

Purpose

Customer running 6.3.1 with "various" versions of hotfixes is seeing the following in some error logs and replication is broken and following errors are noticed :

 

[21/Dec/2010:15:57:39 -0500] - ERROR<8264> - Replication - conn=-1 op=-1 msgId=-1 - Internal error Failed to position cursor in db at CSN 4d0d1096000900460000, DB error 5 - I/O error
[21/Dec/2010:15:57:39 -0500] - WARNING<10258> - Incremental Protocol - conn=-1 op=-1 msgId=-1 - Changelog error A database error is encountered while servicing replication agreement "<HOST>:<LDAPS_PORT>/<SUFFIX_DN>"
