Symptoms
When starting the IPM services, the Security Service fails to start and reports the following error in the service logs:
Unable to locate an available Domain Controller for Domain 'NT AUTHORITY'
Changes
The Windows service may either have just been installed from scratch, reinstalled after a migration or reinstalled after troubleshooting.
