WebLogic Server: Creating MS SQL Server NTLM Datasource Fails With "Login Failed For User" (Doc ID 1287162.1)

Using Admin Console to create a Datasource to a MS SQL Server database with "no user" as per NTLM guidelines fails with the following error message
