Chinese Characters are Garbled in SPREADSHEET/ENHANCEDSPREADSHEET Output (Doc ID 1287705.1)

Symptoms

Report shows garbled Chinese Character in spreadsheet output.
While executing oracle report with destype=SPREADSHEET or ENHANCEDSPREADSHEET, The Excel output which contains mix of English and Chinese, having NLS_LANG set to support unicode characters shows "Chinese" text as garbage.

Changes

There is no change. These are old migrated reports ( 6i )  to new version of Reports(10.1.2.x). The "Before Report Value" value of report is inherited from the one created in old Builder which has some missing settings.
