FTPS Adapter 11G on Cluster Environment Has Issus on Delete Option And Max Connections. (Doc ID 1288088.1)

Last updated on APRIL 13, 2011

Applies to:

Oracle SOA Platform - Version: 11.1.1.2.0 to 11.1.1.3.0 - Release: 11gR1 to 11gR1
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

In a SOA Cluster 11g environment, when a process is trying to process an inbound file, if the DeleteFile parameter was set to True in the inbound FTP adapter, the file is not processed. If DeleteFile is set to False, files are processed.
Another issue related with the FTPs Adapter is with the max connections, in which after a while if the remote FTPs Server is down, the number of connection will reach the max connections value and the FTP Adapter will stop to work until the SOA Server is restarted again.
