ClassNotFoundException - Jar Files Not Being Picked Up From ThirdParty Directory (Doc ID 1289019.1)

Say there are a number of Jar files added to the \xellerate\ThirdParty directory in OIM for some integration or custom code. During the runtime provisioning or reconciliation, the following error occurs:

==> Found "" in ./calypso-recon-mqcontext- and verified that this jar exists in the /xellerate/ThirdParty directory.

==> Error occurs when using WebLogic 10.3 application server and OIM 9.1.0.x

==> Error does not occur when JBoss application server is used
