Workspace Performance Problems After IP Address Changes (Doc ID 1289360.1)

The BPM cluster was put behind a load balancer and the IP addresses changed on the two nodes. After this change the workspace is not updating the process instances in the instance cache. Users are required to click on the instance in the queue, then update the instance, then try again before being able to execute task list items.
