Sockets Connecting eManager and the Application Server stay in CLOSE_WAIT

Information in this document applies to any platform.
When this problem occurs, the eManager cannot connect to the application server and the eManager will display a red X next to that domain in the J2EE tree (left pane).
Some ports may be stuck in "CLOSE_WAIT" status, which can be viewed by using the 'netstat' command.
This problem only occurs when the Application Server is stopped without first unmanaging it in eManager.
