Activation Agent Property Changes Are Lost On Restart Or On BPEL Process Status Change (OFF/ON) (Doc ID 1290229.1)

Symptoms

If you are on BPEL process manager 10.1.3.5 MLR#1 and if you have a  BPEL process activated by DB adapter with properties for 'maxTransactionSize', 'numberOfThreads' and others against the partner link defined in the bpel.xml file such as:

   <property name="portType">dbPoll_ptt</property>
.............
 </activationAgent>
</activationAgents>


This enables the user to change the values of these properties from the BPEL console at real time.

When changes are made to these properties in the console the changes are lost and are reset to the values that are in the bpel.xml when the BPEL server is restarted and/or the BPEL process state is changed to OFF and then ON again.
