Purpose
The objective of this document is to provide step by step instructions as well as examples showing how to set up E-Mail Notifications for Oracle BPEL Process Manager, SOA Suite and Business Process Management Suite.
Scope
Prerequisite -Verify your E-Mail Server Settings:
Oracle BPEL Process Manager is not an E-Mail Server. E-Mail Notifications from Oracle BPEL Process Manager are configured to interact with your existing E-Mail Server. You will need to gather the following information prior to configuring your installation to use E-Mail Notifications.

- OutgoingDefaultFromAddress:
- OutgoingUsername:
- OutgoingPassword:
To process incoming emails: (Actionable Items)
- IncomingMailServer:
- IncomingMailServerPort:
- IncomingUserIDs: The list of user names of the mail accounts from which the driver instance is polling.
- IncomingMailIDs: The email addresses corresponding to the user names.
- IncomingUserPasswords:
