Beehive Installation Fails on a Database 11.2.0.2 or 11.2.0.3 Release (Doc ID 1291261.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to install Beehive version 2.0.1.0 or 2.0.1.2 on an existing Oracle Database 11.2.0.2 or 11.2.0.3 the database configuration post-installation step fails with the following error.

[SYSTEM ] [2011-01-28 12:36:23] [CREATE TABLE tm_occurs]
[SYSTEM ] [2011-01-28 12:36:23] [*]
[SYSTEM ] [2011-01-28 12:36:24] [ERROR at line 1:]
[SYSTEM ] [2011-01-28 12:36:24] [ORA-01658: unable to create INITIAL extent for segment in tablespace BEE_DATA]
[SYSTEM ] [2011-01-28 12:36:24] []


 

NOTE: Other errors might be displayed instead of the ORA-1658 error, but the cause is the same.
